Student practice and Insight agent:Job description:Job location: Edinburgh The Post The Student practice and Insight agent will join a vibrant,?and expanding,?team at the heart of the University and will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of projects in support of the University's ambitious plans?as?outlined in the Strategic Plan?Addendum?2021-23. The post holder will, through partnership working across academic faculties and professional service areas, adopt an evidence-led approach towards across a range of activities in support of the University's delivery of an excellent student practice. The post holder will lgain about and contribute to a range of cross-institutional and thematic activity related to the student practice. A key focus of the function will be the coordination of institutional student surveys and more broadly the analysis of qualitative and quantitative student feedback datasets. The post holder is expected to deliver expert advice and guidance, develop and implement strategic policies, practices and action plans and drive activity in faculties and professional services. The post holder will, through collaboration, identify opportunities for improvements in the student practice and will contribute to the integrated deployment of connected actions across the institution.
