Job Offer: Apprentice Support Manager:Job description:Job location: Coventry, London, Warwick located in our Coventry/Warwick Head Office or one of our London Study centres with an opportunity for agile working. The Opportunity: Arden Apprenticeships are growing. To support this growth, We are seeking to recruit an Apprentice Support Manager to join our team. Over the coming years, we have aspiration to significantly expand our portfolio of Degree Apprenticeships, increasing the number of learners able to take advantage of an Arden Degree. Arden Apprenticeships' overriding purpose is make sure that all our learners can succeed whilst remaining safe, happy, and supported. In order to ensure this, as our numbers grow, we are recruiting a new Apprentice Support Manager About You: » You will have significant practice supporting apprentices, line managers and their apprenticeship leads, ideally in a higher education environment. » You are practiced at working with online management systems, portals and ePortfolios and a confident user of all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. » You love to be organised, to plan your and your team's workload and you can work quickly whilst paying attention to details and getting things right » You communicate clearly and compassionately and are able to connect with people both one on one and in groups becoming a trusted advisor » You are solution-focussed and passionate about making things better for your organisation and for your learners » You genuinely believe in the power of education and opportunity to change lives. You understand that everyone needs support to achieve their goals and you would be delighted and proud to be someone helping apprentices overcome barriers to success.
