This is apermanent full-time function of 35 hours per week.
The income for this function will be £26,413.40 per annum.
this function is located from ourYork office, however we have introduced a hybrid model of working and so there will be a mix of working from the office for approximately one day per week and working in the house for the remainder.
About the function:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an End Point Assessment Executive to join Delivery Management (Programmes and Events). The End Point Assessment Executive will be the key function in supporting the delivery of Advance HE's end point assessment service. Reporting to the EPA Manager, the Executive will co-ordinate and implement multiple processes to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
Listing description
As an End Point Assessment Executive your primary responsibilities are:
   » To provide excellent customer support, advice and guidance, effectively co-ordinating the operation of the end to end EPA service;
   » To ensure efficient and prompt processing of enquiries and results, maintaining accurate and complete service records essential to external and contract compliance;
   » To work within agreed operational plans and targets making effective use of resources, adhering to budgets;
   » To effectively plan, implement and co-ordinate EPA panels, committees and events meeting internal and external quality requirements.
Person specification
   » practice of co-ordinating academic, apprenticeship or peer-assessment processes;
   » practice of managing budgets;
   » expertise and demonstration of some practice in project management methodologies and approaches;
   » Excellent IT expertise across a range of IT systems.
