Offer: Head of Curriculum Management:Job description:Job location: Brighton Student practice and success is at the heart of our work and as the Head of Curriculum Management you will have vital function in contributing to that through the management and development of our curriculum approval and review processes. We are seeking for a proactive leader to ensure that our policy, procedures, and systems relating to curriculum development are fit for purpose meeting both internal and external needs and continuously improved. You will: » Lead a team of around 20 colleagues, working in a hybrid manner and be located in Quality Services within Academic Registry » Work collaboratively with academic and professional service colleagues to support the Education and Student practice strategy and deliver a demanding and dynamic portfolio of projects and business as usual. » Be a talented professional with a commitment to the delivery of a high-quality service, who appreciates the importance of the student practice. » Be able to communicate clearly and be persuasive. » Be an enthusiastic team player but also be able to work independently and have the confidence to drive change autonomously. » Have recent practice of quality assurance and enhancement operations in a higher education environment and be able to retain your focus and prioritise effectively within a broad and busy portfolio. This is a full-time, permanent function.
