The Faculty of Media & Communication is looking to appoint two part-time (18.5 hours per week) Programme Support agents. You will be a highly motivated individual, responsible for the day-to-day management of all administrative tasks for designated academic programmes. You will be a customer focused individual who is flexible and able to manage deadlines effectively, to provide specialist knowledge and to support students, academic staff and external stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate significant administrative practice coupled with excellent written and verbal communication expertise. Strong organisational flair combined with a proactive approach is essential as is the capability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. You will have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets. There are two positions available, part-time for 18.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
