We are inviting applications to join the podiatry team at the University of Plymouth and be part of its teaching, research and practice education. We offer a number of pathways into the podiatry profession, including a BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree as a fulltime undergraduate or apprentice and an MSc (pre-registration) Podiatry degree apprenticeship. The apprenticeship programmes are delivered nationally within the NHS and independent sector. Our teaching is innovative, using distance learning technology and a flipped classroom approach.
We require someone with skills / practice in one or more fields of podiatry practice and who has a strong interest in innovative ways of delivering the curriculum. This includes supporting students on placement and contributing to the design ad preparation of teaching materials, course planning, delivery and assessment. You will have a higher degree in a significant subject; alternatively suitably qualified candidates will be encouraged to register for an appropriate higher degree as part of their personal development plan
this function will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check plus an Adults' Barred List check.
There will be a requirement to travel and work away from campus.
