Work practice Co-ordinator:Job description:Job location: Hayes, Uxbridge 18 hours per week, term time only (fixed term post until July 2022) We are pursuing to appoint a part time Work practice Co-ordinator. You would be responsible for identifying new work practice opportunities with employers willing to work with ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students and students with Learning Disabilities. You will collate information centrally on existing work practice placements and supporting course teams in preparing students for work practice. You will contact with actual and potential work practice providers, Foundation's Employment Coach, academic managers, teaching staff and students. We are pursuing someone with good administrative expertise including working with databases and good IT expertise, including working expertise of Microsoft Office software. You will have excellent communication expertise with good attention to detail, and will be able to work flexibly and on your own initiative. practice of working with learners with ESOL needs and learning difficulties/disabilities would be desirable but not essential. A full, clean driving licence and your own personal transport is highly desirable, as the function will involve visiting employers in the local area.
