About the function
The University of Exeter has a wide variety of activities in which students work with us to continually review, improve, andinnovate on the quality and standards of the programmes and student practice we provide. These include a comprehensive system of academic reps and Student-Staff Liaison Committees (SSLCs) in each department, feedback surveys such as the National Student Survey (NSS), and the Students as Change Agents scheme facilitating student-led quality enhancement projects. The Student Community and Partnerships Team leads on supporting these activities within Teaching Quality Assurance and Enhancement.
this function will be responsible for providing operational, administrative and secretarial support to these activities across a specified group of subjects and departments. This is an important and exciting function in helping the University to maintain current standards of how we work with students to improve their voice and community, but also to identify and develop new ideas and practice in this area. As such, this function also focuses on partnership working with students, as well as with academic and professional services staff at a variety of levels in the University and in our students' unions.
this function offers the opportunity for hybrid working with work from campus for an average of two days per week.
