Job Offer: Assessments and Graduation Advisor (Maternity cover):Job description:Job location: Bath Full time, Fixed Term Contract for up 10 months About the function The Assessments and Graduation Advisor function sits within the Assessments and Graduation team in Student and Registry Services at Bath Spa University. The post-holder will take primary responsibility for graduation and alumni requests to the Graduation inbox at the University. The post-holder will also facilitate the production and posting of physical copies of award certificates and will assist with the organisation of graduation events. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current pandemic this function will involve initially working remotely, followed by regular working on site at our Newton Park Campus. About you We are seeking for a highly organised and pro-active team player, with excellent communication expertise. You will have recent administrative practice of using databases and the capability to use skill and discretion in handling confidential information and multiple task loads. You will have excellent customer service expertise that prioritise the business needs of the university and the student practice and the capability to contact effectively and professionally with students, alumni and colleagues across the University.
