The Finance Department are looking for an individual to join our team as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. The function will be focussed on reporting the University's profitcapability to all areas of the business including senior executive management.
The function is responsible for maintaining an FP&A function that provides the highest quality of reporting and analysis, with supporting information to assist the University's strategy. Equally important is the provision of an excellent business partnering service to the business.
The ideal applicant will be a qualified accountant with a strong FP&A/business partnering background and substantial practice of working in a highly commercial environment. You will be comfortable working with and providing advice to all levels of management. You will have the capability to challenge the status quo where improvements and processes can be improved upon. With responsibility for managing and developing a small team, you will take ownership for the provision of monthly management accounts, supported by detailed insight and performance commentary.
