Offer: Faculty Head of Marketing and Communications:Job description:Job location: Nottingham Job location: Jubilee Campus We are pursuing practiced marketers who are flexible, adaptable change champions with exceptional stakeholder engagement expertise to pilot and develop a new approach to delivering marketing, communications, and student recruitment services. As the Faculty Head of Marketing and Communications for the Faculty of Social Sciences (Post 1) or the Faculty of Engineering (Post 2), you will engage with teams and stakeholders from across the university to bring effort, expertise, skill, and capcapability together to achieve desired business results across research, reputation, and student recruitment. Accountable to both External Relations and the Schools within the faculty, you will lead strategic and operational marketing, communications, and student recruitment activity. You will trial new agile ways of working, develop new processes and build digital capabilities to ensure we maximise our return on investment in sector-leading marketing and customer practice technologies. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we launch our Digital Engagement change programme. This visionary project represents a significant investment in our digital marketing capabilities and will see us fundamentally change how we how we engage with our students, staff, and partners. This is a permanent, full-time function (36.25 hours per week). Arrangements for job share would be considered. The University supports hybrid working and there is an expectation that you will spend around 50% of your time on campus. Arrangements can be agreed locally with your line manager.
