The Primary and Partnerships team at the University of Nottingham is looking to appoint an administrator to join the Widening Participation and Outreach Team. This is a great opportunity to support our outreach programmes delivered to local primary schools and with our partner organisation Into University.
this function will involve you creating and managing event booking procedures such as capturing school sign up information using an online platform, helping create and prepare activity resources, managing event logistics such as room and catering bookings and processing the team's finances using University of Nottingham systems. A substantial element of this function will be processing and analysing evaluation data collected from participants on our activities and supporting colleagues to produce reports. This will require the capability to develop and maintain various spreadsheets and databases.
Along with your enthusiasm and practice in an administrative function, you will have strong organisational and communication expertise. To effectively support our programmes, you will be able to evidence competent IT expertise along with great attention to detail. You will be practiced in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to respond to queries and to confirm activities and bookings efficiently.
This is a permanent, full time function (36.25 hours per week). Arrangements for job share would be considered.
