Job Opportunity: Head of Business Systems:Job description:Job location: Brighton Job location: Brighton - Moulsecoomb income: £53,348 to £61,818 per annum ClosingDate: Thursday 03 February 2022 InterviewDate: To be confirmed Reference: IS5343-21-345-R This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Business Systems team in the support, development and implementation of our administrative IT systems. Working as part of the management team in IT Services, you will work closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure that our IT systems meet the needs of the organisation. We are pursuing someone who can exercise a great deal of leadership abilities, independence, initiative and judgment, working closely with senior managers and balancing their interests with those of the University as a whole in ensuring mutual value and benefit in our IT system developments. To be prosperous in this function you will have: » In-depth expertise of software applications and systems applied to business results (eg. Student Records, HR, Finance, Business Intelligence) » broad management and leadership abilities practice with a strategic impact » Significant practice of corporate IT service operation and development » Highly developed expertise of the principles, theory and practice of IT service delivery » practice of managing multiple professional teams » Strong interpersonal expertise for motivating, negotiating, influencing and relationship building.
