Job Opportunity: Lead Careers Adviser:Job description:Job location: Southampton Terms of Contract: Indefinite Contract Type: Part Time Term Time Only Solent Futures,Solentuniversity's Careers Serviceareseekingto recruit a Lead Careers Adviser to lead our team of Careers Advisers and support ourwork withcoursestofurtherembed employcapability and enterprisein the curriculum. this function is about ensuring that our students and graduatesare work, world and future ready and go on to achieve fabulous graduate results. We are seeking for someone who is motivated and can motivate others with a desire to make a difference to our students and graduates. We want someone who will work hard to deliver ourobjectives, have excellent project management expertise and to think creatively about how we deliver our employcapability initiatives. You will also be self-motivated, organised and committed to supporting our students and graduates to reach their career potential. The chosen candidateshouldhave practice ofmanagement, leadingprojects as well as practice of building relationshipswith a range of stakeholders from academics to students.You will have an in-depth knowledge of excellent customer service and graduate recruitment and be practiced in managing and analysing data. We are a focused, friendly team committed to working with employers, professional services and academics to ensure our students and graduates get to where they want to be.
