Offer: Lecturer - Electrical Installation:Job description:Job location: Loughborough Would you like to work with a skilled team of professional people that are committed to developing the next generation of Electricians? Do you want to help shape the way young people are educated in trade expertise? The Electrical Installation team are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to help budding Electricians begin their journey. As a member of our dedicated delivery team, you will be involved in teaching, assessing, producing innovative content, and supporting future developments. An ideal candidate for the lecturer posts would be able to deliver and assess at least one of the following: » theoretical side of the qualifications (e.g. maths, electrical and electronic principles, mechanical principles) » academic side of the industry (e.g. knowledge regulations, running a business, health and safety) » trade practical expertise To be prosperous in this post, you will need to be able to demonstrate good planning, and a commitment to delivering high quality learning practices. Excellent communications expertise, the capability to work effectively in teams and autonomously are essential. A significant qualification or significant practical practice are required. Teaching and/or mentoring practice would be advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidates. If you are unsure about committing to these types of functions full-time, then the team would welcome applications from those who would prefer to work on a fractional basis (a few days a week).
