Are you interested in working for a world top 100 University?
We are seeking for someone with active debt collection practice, fully aware of GDPR and providing sensitivity in your customer support, whilst negotiating for settlement of outstanding amounts. We are currently working in the house and anticipate this function can be worked in the house after face to face training. We would be happy to negotiate and be flexible on working hours/days for the right candidate.
Collection of personal debt practice is desirable but significant significant practice in customer service is essential.
Key aspects of the function will include knowledge, communication in a professional manner and accurate data processing.
You will need a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or Grade 9-5 or evidence of appropriate practice. Have the capability to organise, work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
You will be working in the Student Fees and Funding Team. We collect Accommodation & Tuition fee payments, contact student debtors and negotiate repayment plans.
