Offer: HR Employment Policy Administrator:Job description:Job location: London, Work in the house The HR Employment Policy Administrator is a key member of the Employment Policy team. You will support the Director of Employee Relations, Planning and Policy and the Head of Employment Policy with diary management and administration. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider Policy Team. Your main tasks include taking minutes, organising meetings, collating information and undertaking research on best practice HR policies and procedures, undertaking small projects, as well as updating our policy web pages. You will be the first point of contact for dealing with freedom of information requests and will track and report on these regularly. The function is both varied and busy and provides an excellent and compensateing opportunity to thrive and develop your expertise in a supportive and interesting environment. You will have practice in an administration function (ideally HR but not essential), PA function or similar. You will have excellent verbal and written communication expertise and be able to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail. You will be highly organised and understand how to manage conflicting priorities and be adaptable to fast changing requirements. You will have advanced IT expertise and good practice of software packages, mainly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel but will also be confident in using bespoke databases and other inhouse IT systems. You will be well versed in the collation of data from various sources and be comfortable in analysing and presenting information logically and in an accessible format. You will be comfortable in liaising with multiple stakeholders including up to Director level and have excellent customer service expertise. This is a busy but compensateing function with plenty of development opportunities We are piloting hybrid working and you will have the opportunity to work remotely up to 3 days a week if you wish. candidates should apply online.
