As a Student Administration agent (Records) you will be responsible for supervising and delivering the provision of an efficient and professional Student Administration function with a focus on the Student Records. You will ensure the accurate and timely updating of student records, working closely with significant professional and academic staff. To be prosperous in this function you will have practice within a customer focussed or support environment as well as practice within a similar function in higher education or other significant function in records management. You will have practice using database business systems, strong MS Excel expertise as well as the capability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong team work, communication and collaboration expertise are also a must.
