The individual also ensures that documents and data are accurate and correctly processed through various accounting systems according to established standards. The Financial Manager also coordinates all month/year end processes, reconciliations, as well as maintains and distributes financial controls and reports.The Financial Manager will hold a critical function as part of the Management Team, providing continuing analysis of operational efficiencies, cost development, and evaluation of investment opportunities. Education/practice The Financial Manager must have excellent verbal and written communication expertise. The individual must possess formal accounting education as well as 2 to 3 years financial managerial practice, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must be trustworthy and dependable and have strong analytical expertise.
