Discapability Adviser Neurodiversity Specialist:Job description:Job location: Loughborough University, Loughborough Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity is seeking specialist Discapability Advisor to support students with a range of disabilities whilst specialising in the field of Neurodiversity including dyslexia, AD(H)D and autistic spectrum conditions. The prosperous applicant will provide individual support, advice and guidance to disabled candidates and students,whilst supporting the development of all University located services aimed at improving inclusivity for all students. They will also be an excellent communicator, able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team whilst being confident in multi-tasking and time managing a varied workload. They will have a thorough knowledge of the responsibilities of Higher Education Institutions regarding The Equality Act 2010 and a commitment to the Social Model of discapability.
