We are the leading provider of function analysis solutions in Higher and Further Education, with 130 university and college members and clients across the UK. As well as our HERA and FEDRA function design and analysis products we provide a range of HR consultancy, training and networking services.
Demand for our services has never been greater, and we have a great vacancy for an practiced People Management/HR professional to join our team of Member Engagement and compensate Consultants.
You will manage a portfolio of c. 20-30 member organisations in order to:
   » build, maintain and develop prosperous working relationships with university and college HR teams
   » analyse needs, respond to local resource and time requirements, and deliver consultancy and training remotely and on site
   » prepare and deliver new business proposals for existing and new clients
We are seeking for professionals practiced in enabling organisations to deliver transformational People Management/HR practices including job evaluation, pay and compensate, talent management, organisational restructuring or development. Previous practice of the higher or further education sectors is desirable.
You will be self-motivated, organised and flexible so that you can work in the house and different locations effectively to achieve individual and team objectives and meet project deadlines. You will be resilient, often working independently as well as collaboratively to share intelligence and skills and develop ECC products and services. As travel restrictions ease the function will require travel and some overnight stays to visit member organisations and attend ECC meetings.
