We have a great opportunity in our department for someone with a passion for technology looking to use their expertise in customer service delivery to make an impact on staff and student practice You will provide support to learning and teaching and support the use of both Audio Visual and IT equipment. You will be expected to provide and maintain AV and IT equipment for teaching and provide frontline support for use of this equipment. You will have a good level of education including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent practice), with the capability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to work as part of a team and to use own initiative to deal with problems effectively and have a valuable diplomatic manner when dealing with customers who may be anxious about their problems or where English is not their first language. practice of using Microsoft Windows (including Microsoft Office), Apple Macintosh and Google products and practice of working within an Educational Environment are desirable.
