Are you looking to join a team that is growing because of its' continued success? We have a brilliant opportunity for a self-motivated individual, with a passion for quality improvement to join our Quality Management Team as an Improvement Co-ordinator.
The Quality team offer advice and support regarding the interpretation and application of requirements. They are responsible for co-ordinating the development of documented systems and providing tools for the execution of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality standards are met across the AMRC. We are a small team, and privileged to work across all of the research groups, giving us an insight into a broad range of exciting new technologies, as well as working closely with many other support functions making every day unique.
As an Improvement Co-ordinator, you will have ownership of our system for handling issues, concerns and opportunities for improvement (known locally as ?flagging'). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all flags raised are thoroughly investigated, actioned and that detailed records are maintained. You will also have the freedom to design and deliver consciousness and training programmes aimed at improving reporting.
You will:
   » Be able to describe a variety of situations where you have undertaken root cause investigation
   » Be a critical thinker
   » Have exceptional communication and record keeping expertise
   » Have GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths
this function will be vital in ensuring our continued success in the future and will be pivotal in driving forward improvements all over the organisation. You will be part of a close team working on Quality Management and part of a growing organisation with an international profile. You will also be supported in your continued personal development and given autonomy to make the function your own.
