Marketing Communications agent (Tone of voice):Job description:Job location: Manchester, Work in the house We have a great opportunity for an practiced and multi-skilled marketing communications expert to lead on developing and applying our organisational tone of voice to our communications. This varied and fast-paced function will allow you to use your marketing and writing creativity to make a difference to patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals across the UK. We help to protect patients and improve medical education and practice in the UK by setting standards for students and doctors. We support them in achieving (and exceeding) those standards and take action when they are not met. About the function As a Marketing Communications agent you'll work closely with teams across the organisation to plan and deliver prosperous strategic and tactical marketing and communications support for a range of GMC products and services. You love words and are used to getting to the point with clarity and empathy, and you will use your skills and practice to lead on shaping and applying our organisational tone of voice and house style. You'll be empowered to use your writing talent to manage or help coordinate the production of flagship digital-first publications and reports, and to set up a community of practice for tone of voice. You champion inclusion and understand how to create engaging and accessible user-centred content that works on different channels, is on brand and achieves objectives. You'll mix your skills in branding, social media, publications and e-newsletters to devise and deliver prosperous integrated marketing communications and track and evaluate performance to support decision making. To work in a regulated environment, you'll also need to bring excellent communication, collaboration, and co-ordination skills.
