Job Offer: HR Business Partner:Job description:Job location: Leeds As the University embarks on a significant period of growth, We are seeking to extend our HR Business Partnering team. We are pursuing an practiced HR Business Partner to work within the team and across the wider University in supporting delivery of our emerging People Plan and the new University Strategy. Reporting to the Head of HR, initially this function will focus on service improvement through implementing a review of our policies and procedures to ensure these meet the needs of our ambitious strategic plan, including the development of our Wellbeing offer to staff. As well as having a key function in developing the effective use of MI to enable the business to inform decision making and future planning, this function will also be responsible for providing high quality, proactive strategic support to senior managers with the support of advisory and administrative colleagues. The ideal candidate should have practice policy development, dealing with a wide variety of complex ER issues, workforce planning and change management programmes, and had have had exposure to working with Trade Unions. You must be fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and will have practice of working within a complex organisation with an capability to work strategically, be able to see the bigger picture and think on your feet. this function will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
