Compliance agent - Cornwall & Isles of Scilly (ATI2 Project):Job description:Job location: Redruth Working across Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly, ATI2 supports local business innovation, accelerating new ideas and encouraging sustainable growth in businesses across the county. Led by the University of Plymouth, ATI2 is a comprehensive business support programme providing targeted innovation advice in response to identified needs resulting in access to consultancy, academic skills, interns and grant support. The University of Plymouth has an excellent track record in EU programme delivery and is interested to maintain and enhance this through the delivery of the ATI2 programme. Our ideal candidate will have: » practice of managing project monitoring systems and processes. » practice of monitoring and reporting on financial information » practice of developing and implementing standards and compliance strategies. » practice of audit and compliance relating to EU funding » Current expertise of compliance and monitoring principles significant to ERDF with practical practice of applying this expertise in EU funded programmes As part of our dynamic team, the Compliance agent will ensure that all aspects of compliance related to the ATI2 project are effectively managed to create a robust audit trail in line with EU requirements. This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week and is fixed-term to cover a period of maternity leave which is anticipated to be for approximately 12 months. This post is located in the Pool Innovation Centre. Flexible working options will be considered however there is an expectation to work from the office at times during the working week. * This vacancy is being advertised alongside a position for a part-time Senior Administrator.
