Offer: Lecturer in Human Resource Management:Job description:Job location: Pontypridd This position is located at the Treforest Campus of the University of South Wales The South Wales Business School in the Faculty of Creative Industries is seeking to appoint a lecturer in Human Resource Management. SWBS is home to a culturally diverse student community with high levels of student satisfaction across an innovative portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses. SWBS is committed to bridging the spheres of academia and industry to ensure our graduates can compete prosperously in their professional fields. We are pursuing to appoint a colleague who can add their own ideas, expertise and practice to support the development of our curriculum in the area of HRM and organisational behaviour. You will be joining an HRM team with a demonstrable commitment to delivering a high-quality student practice with a strong emphasis on challenge-located learning facilitated through systematic links with the HRM professional community. You will be expected to have a record of teaching in higher education or equivalent practice of training in professional practice which will enable you to contribute to curriculum development on both our undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM. We welcome applications from candidates with interests in all aspects of HRM.
