Wrexham Glyndwr University
The Faculty of Social and Life Sciences at Wrexham Glyndwr University is looking to recruit a highly organised and practiced administrator to undertake the function of Faculty Administrative Coordinator (PSRB Compliance and Regulation) on a fixed term basis. The function will report to the Faculty Business Manager and will provide key administrative support in the coordination of a number of business critical operational and administrative tasks, with a specific focus on areas of critical compliance and the Faculty's professional provision.
The prosperous candidate will be expected to manage their own time within a busy environment and carry out a variety of administrative and coordination activities, operating competently under their own initiative, as well as part of a wider team. They will possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, communication and interpersonal expertise, as well as being detail orientated. They will be an effective coordinator and facilitator with the capability to develop and maintain efficient systems.
The capability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
