Job Opportunity: Casual Nursery Nurse:Job description:Job location: Bridgend The prosperous candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and environment that allows all children to be valued and developed. You will ensure that a policy of non-discrimination be adhered to in every facet of the life of the Nursery. Children from ethnic minorities should be afforded everyopportunity to maintain their cultural identity through the provision of appropriate ethnic learning, play practices and a respect for particular dietary and religious considerations. You will ensure that all equipment, activities and learning practices both indoors and outdoors are significant to the developmental needs of the children in the group encouraging independence, self-motivation and eagerness to learn. The prosperous candidate will possess a significant qualification in childcare, or be willing to work towards one, andhave expertise of working with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. You will also have the capability to provide a secure and stimulating environment and work well as part of a team.
