Job Offer: Estates Compliance Manager:Job description:Job location: Newport income: Grade 10, £40,927 to £44,706 (The point of entry will be dependent upon significant qualifications and practice) Job location: Newport, Shropshire Closing Date: 31 May 2022 The Estates and Facilities Department provides a number of essential services to Harper Adams University and is responsible for the management and facilities maintenance of the main campus and outlying properties. The University is seeking a professional and competent individual with a track record in estates legal compliance covering legionella, fire safety and asbestos management. The right individual will be adaptable, hands-on and will be able to bring innovation to a forward-looking Estates Maintenance team.
