We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Academic Services team as our Head of Admissions. As the expert on matters relating to admissions you will play a key function in the development and implementation of the University's admissions strategy. You will manage the prosperous delivery of admissions including the planning and delivery of our confirmation and clearing activity. With demonstrable service delivery practice you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent applicant journey from initial contact through to enrolment. You will demonstrate a good knowledge of higher education and government policy relating to admissions, and you will possess a sound knowledge of UK and international qualifications. You will have proven practice in leading, managing and developing a team, and setting clear objectives for staff in an environment in which flexibility and adaptcapability are key to achieving team goals. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider University you will have the expertise to review and develop processes and ensure that the team's workload is planned effectively.
