Summary
We have a great opportunity for a Research Project Support Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll contribute to the development of the National Trust's Research Programme, working as a key member of our Research Team to support research activities across the Trust.
The National Trust gained UKRI Independent Research Organisation status in 2019, and since then has built up a track record of UKRI awards, working in partnership with universities and other research organisations. Our research portfolio covers the range of academic disciplines needed to provide the evidence base we need to look after the properties and landscapes in our care and to ensure that history and nature are accessible for everyone, for ever.

Your contractual location will be either our head office in Swindon or Grosvenor Gardens, London however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.
Please note that the income advertised is a base income of £25,662pa with additional inner London weighting allowance of £4465 if your contractual base is Grosvenor Gardens.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the glue that holds the team together. You'll work closely with our Research Manager and Research agent to provide support to research projects and to ensure we have effective information management, reporting and communications in place for all our research projects.

   » Project support at post-award stage - working with research project managers so they understand what they need to do and when, including funder requirements and internal reporting within the Trust
   » Information management - collating information from projects and maintaining accurate records across all stages of the research lifecycle
   » Reporting - supporting the process for collecting and reporting information on research projects, including highlighting content for research communications
   » Providing support to stakeholders across the Trust and externally - including responding to enquiries about research processes, linking stakeholders to research experts, and managing the Research Inbox
