Offer: Employee Relations Specialist:Job description:Job location: Buckingham income & HOURS: £30,000 (actual) Admin 2 - FTC for 9 months - 35 hours per week The University of Buckingham is among the fifteen smallest in the UK and is rightly proud of its distinctive features, namely: it is the only private University in the UK with a Royal Charter; secondly, it pioneered the first accelerated (two-year) degree; and finally, it provides students with a personalised learning practice through its small-group academic tutorial system and exceptional pastoral care provision. We are seeking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our small team on a fixed term contract for a period of 9 months. The function will mainly focus on specific project work in relation to job evaluation and benchmarking for an continuing pay and regarding project. The hours are 35 per week and are flexible by negotiation. The prosperous applicant will ideally have practice as a HR generalist with working expertise of job evaluations and benchmarking, advising managers on complex HR related matters, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project scoping and implementation and consultation.
