Job Opportunity: Soft FM Services Manager:Job description:Job location: Colchester Department University of Essex Campus Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Essex, created in 2010 to manage its diverse range of commercial functions. tasks of the function We are pursuing a self-motivated, flexible and committed individual to jointly lead a team of managers to deliver soft fm services to the academic, administrativeand residential built environment at the Colchester campus. You will supervise and ensure effective delivery of cleaning and portering services to the built environment, and will have particular responsibility for making sure University key events such as Open Days and Graduation are serviced to a high standard, that occupancy of student residences is optimised through an efficient cleaning regime and that all areas of the built environment are suitably prepared for use. expertise and qualifications required The prosperous candidate will have excellent communication and organisational expertise, a flexible approach to team working and possess effective decision making expertise.
