Offer: School's Administrator:Job description:Job location: Keele Full-Time Indefinite Agile working (initial induction period) The Opportunity This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join The Faculty of Natural Sciences as a Psychology School's Administrator . The School currently offers Single Honours, Combined Honours and Postgraduate programmes in Psychology The Faculty delivers a range of subjects to over 4000 students across Foundation Year, Degree level and Master's level. You will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service, supporting degree programmes within the School. Working in the Student Programmes Team you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Psychology undergraduate programmes. However, it is anticipated that there will be elements of joint working across the School's programmes. You will work alongside other administrative colleagues and will provide assistance to the School Operations agent, and the Faculty Operations Manager in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the School's Administrative service. The prosperous candidate will have 4 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English (or equivalent) and recent administrative practice. You should be organised, possess excellent IT expertise with practice of using databases and IT software to efficiently manage information, data and produce routine reports, have good communication expertise, and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
