It's an exciting time to be joining Student and Course Admin in this fast-growing area. An opportunity has now arisen for a skilled, motivated and practiced administrator to join the Academic Registry as a Registry agent to support programmes in the School of Business & Law. As a Registry agent you will take responsibility for planning and organising activities as part of the administrative team, ensuring adherence to University regulations, policies and procedures, with some line management responsibilities. You must be organised, have a good eye for detail, be flexible in delivering support, and confident in giving advice to students and academics and decision making. Working within the academic administrative structure, you must be able to prioritise workloads as appropriate, and be able to operate under pressure in a fast-moving and changing environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication expertise and be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility individually, and as part of a team. You will also be able to demonstrate good IT expertise along with the capability to manage your time. A first degree or equivalent professional practice is essential. practice of Higher Education administration would be an advantage, as would be a positive, proactive and flexible outlook.
