Part Time Finance Receivable agent (Permanent, Term Time only, 18 hours per week):Job description:Job location: Newport Job location: Newport, Shropshire Harper Adams University Finance Department is seeking to appoint an practiced Finance Receivable agent professional into a part time (term time) permanent function. The post holder will be working circa 18.0 hours per week (3 days to be confirmed) Monday to Friday. The prosperous candidate must have a proven track record of working within a team and be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge of the sales ledger and credit control function. tasks will include but not be limited to generating sales invoices and credit notes, monitoring and maintaining customer details, the collection and recording of receipts and earnings together with efficiently collating and preparing data / information for management review. The function requires a confident and diplomatic communicator who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal expertise and an capability to take the initiative in resolving queries and improving efficiencies. The individual should be able to develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the variety of University departments and functions especially within the finance team, as well as with suppliers and customers external to the institution.
