Job Offer: Portfolio Planning & Intelligence Analyst:Job description:Job location: Oxford https://my.corehr.com/pls/uoxrecruit/erq_jobspec_details_form.jobspe c?p_id=158052 As Portfolio Planning & Intelligence Analyst at the University of Oxford working in IT Services, you will support the departments' delivery of projects, programmes and services. Working with all delivery managers across the department you will guide, educate and support to achieve effective resource (people) management and capacity planning for all departmental delivery staff. You will be responsible for our resource management solution, being the first port of call for advice and guidance. Your organisation expertise will facilitate the administration of that system as well as the servicing of departmental resource meetings. You will utilise your strong Power BI reporting expertise to facilitate decision making across both the department and governance committees. Your function will offer variety and you will require strong planning expertise and practice, as well as the capability to work with and relate to others in a professional and confident way.Your excellent attention to detail will assist your strong data analysis and reporting expertise, to facilitate regular reporting to stakeholders, including the senior management team. If you demonstrate the expertise We are seeking for, want to work in the bustling city of Oxford, like working as part of a team whilst retaining the flexibility to work with autonomy, we want to hear from you. Whilst this is a full-time post, we also welcome applications from candidates who wish to work part-time (minimum 22.5 hours/0.6 FTE) and/or flexibly.
