Offer: HR Business Partner x 2:Job description:Job location: Falmer, Work in the house Hours : Full-time. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need). Contract : Permanent, hybrid (up to 50% of the function performed remotely, the remainder on campus) Expected Interview date: 17 June 2022 Expected start date : ASAP As a member of the Human Resources Business Partnering team, you will provide expert business partnering provision, developing effective people management practice across the University in support of its strategic and operational plans. You will contribute to an inclusive and high-performance culture, working closely with managers up to executive level, HR colleagues, and trade unions. You will have a prosperous HR track record, with demonstrable practice of performing effectively in a similar position at a senior practitioner level within a complex and diverse organisation.
