Academic Programmes agent (MSc IHTM):Job description:Job location: Oxford Job Details (corehr.com) We are pursuing to appoint an Academic Programmes agent to join the Academic Programmes Centre (APC) at the Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford. Working under the Academic Programmes Manager, you will manage the administrative aspects of the department's flagship course. You will be responsible for superviseing all aspects of the MSc International Health and Tropical Medicine (IHTM), including providing guidance on University policies from HR to finance to admissions as well as providing oversight for student related activities. You will be responsible for superviseing all operational aspects of the MSc IHTM; you will play a key function within your course team and as part of the overall APC support services structure. You will manage 2 IHTM Postgraduate Taught Course (PGT) adjuncts. You will act as the first point of contact for students to provide significant advice about coming to Oxford and provide support with visas, acclimatization information etc. It is essential that you are educated to A-Level standard or its equivalent, together with a expertise of student and course administration. You should be able to deliver high levels of customer service and be adaptable and reliable with a flexible approach to working. Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise and the capability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels and internal and external stakeholders is essential for the function.
