Job location: Highfield Campus Full Time Fixed Term (12 months - Maternity Cover) The University of Southampton is seeking a Customer Service manager to supervise a team of advisors whose main priority is responsible for responding and supporting prospective student enquirers. The function of the student recruitment enquiry advisor includes; providing excellent customer service and information all over the application process. Thus We are seeking for a line manager with a passion for providing outstanding customer service that can ensure the highest of standards are being met. The team are in the process of migrating to a new CRM system and will need a line manager who can actively lead them through the change. Therefore as part of this function, you would have practice working with a CRM system or be able to demonstrate adaptcapability to lgain either new systems or to play a large function in supporting a CRM system. Supervising a team of 5 We are seeking for you to demonstrate people management, training and development. The function can vary day to day and will require a proactive manager to balance the needs of the team, wider University and customer. Facilitating training and support for the team and when opportunity presents representing the team more widely in the University. The team use multiple channels of communication so it would be desirable if you had practice working with either all or some of the current options including, live chat, social media, WhatsApp, email and phones.
