Offer: Purchase To Pay Team Leader:Job description:Job location: Oxford Job location:Department of Oncology, Old Road Campus Research Building, Roosevelt Drive, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7DQ income, Grade 6: £29,614 - £35,326 per annum About the function We have a great opportunity to join our Finance Department as a Purchase to Pay Team Leader. You will play an important function in leading the purchase to pay process for the Department of Oncology. You will be responsible for monthly reviews of Dashboard and completing corrective actions as necessary, and be responsible for ensuring a quick processing turnaround for purchase orders and invoices. You will be working in a busy accounts office handling thousands of purchase transactions, and other financial processes each term. This is a full time post available on a 2-year fixed term contract About you You will have good A-level qualifications, including a good pass in Mathematics or a numerical equivalent, hold a part or full accounting qualification such as AAT. You will require a can-do approach, capable of working with good attention to detail in a high through put function and interacting with academic, research and senior professorial staff.
