Student Success agent:Job description:Job location: New Cross Goldsmiths, University of London, is a leading arts, humanities and social science university. It is located in New Cross in the London Borough of Lewisham. candidates are invited to apply for the function of Student Success agent in the Student Success team, Student practice Directorate. The Student Success team is a new team bringing together services which focus on access, participation and degree results across our diverse student population. The postholder will be responsible for delivering an engaging programme of events across the student lifecycle, providing innovative engagement opportunities which bring student voice to the fore, supporting the coordination of students involved in engagement activities, assisting with the preparation and delivery of events, supporting the coordination of students involved in engagement activities, providing administrative support for student surveys and module evaluations and providing administrative support for the external examiners cycle The postholder will need to have practice of working within higher education including working directly with a range of diverse learners, the capability to work with a variety of stakeholders and a good working expertise of Microsoft packages. The postholder will need to be a self-starter, adept at responding to changing demands and have a collaborative and relationship-oriented approach to teamwork. No agencies please. Skills:
