It is located in New Cross in the London Borough of Lewisham. candidates are invited to apply for the function of School Student and Programmes Hub adjunct, in the School Student and Programme Hubs, Student practice Directorate. The School Student and Programme Hubs bring together elements of programme administration, discipline specific support and managing front line enquiries for students.
The postholder will be responsible for resolving students' and academics' enquiries, supporting the student lifecycle, utilising systems, and databases; and ensuring accurate and timely record management across multiple systems.
The postholder will need to have practice of working in an education environment, meeting stakeholders' needs and expectations, good communication expertise and good working expertise of Microsoft packages. The postholder will need to be a self-starter, adept at responding to changing demands and have a methodical approach to work.
