The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is an employment-focused university, dedicated to ensuring students from diverse backgrounds develop the academic expertise and practical expertise to thrive.

We are now looking for a Registry Services agent to join our Registry Department on our Swansea campus on a full-time, temporary basis, covering a period of maternity leave.

- THE function -

As a Registry Services agent, you will be responsible for providing senior administrative and data management support to the University.

Responding in a professional and timely manner to queries from students, staff and external stakeholders, you will support student enrolment and contact with the Student Loans Company (SLC).

You will help arrange examinations and enable and support examining boards, as well as co-ordinating graduation ceremonies and certification and preparing transcripts and award confirmation documents.

Your function will also involve:

- Improving data quality in preparation for internal and external reporting purposes
- Running data checks to identify and resolve data errors
- Assisting in arranging key events such as the induction weekend and enrolment sessions

- ABOUT YOU -

To be considered as a Registry Services agent, you will need:

- A HND qualification or equivalent practice
- Evidence of providing high quality customer care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organisational expertise
- A detail-oriented approach
- practice of using MS Office and IT systems

expertise of data legislation would be beneficial to your application, as would previous practice of data entry and data retrieval. Previous practice in providing high-quality administrative support would also be advantageous, as would practice working with students, including non-traditional learners.
