Offer: HR Administrator (Full Time, Fixed Term up to One Year):Job description:Job location: Newport income: Grade 5 £22,254 to £24,174 per annum (The point of entry will be dependent upon significant qualifications and practice) We are pursuing an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team on a 1-year fixed term contract. In this function you will provide professional and timely advice and support on a wide variety of people-related issues. The function has a particular focus on providing logistical and administrative support for organisational change programmes. This will involve arranging, attending and recording confidential meetings. We are pursuing an practiced administrator with high levels of tact, diplomacy and respect for the confidential nature of HR work. Previous practice of supporting organisational changes would be advantageous, as would a recognised HR qualification and practice of using an HR Management Information System for storing and processing HR records.
