Apprenticeship results Manager:Job description:Job location: Berkshire, Reading, Work in the house Apprenticeship results Manager Full time (35 hrs/wk), permanent Split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and Home We're looking for a passionate professional with practice of line management and engaging apprenticeship students to help them achieve success! University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is a long-standing and leading provider of supported online education. Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us. UCEM passed its first ever inspection by Ofsted with flying colours after earning an overall rating of ?Good' in November 2021. You will join our fast paced and supportive apprenticeships team to lead, manage and continuously improve the success of UCEM's apprenticeships programmes, working with your team of Apprenticeship results agents to support our learners all over their apprenticeship journey. You will meet/exceed employer sponsor needs and motivate and engage apprentices to enable them progress and drive prosperous results. Key qualities We are seeking for: » Level 2 Maths and English at Grade C or 4 or higher, or the availability and capability to achieve these within six months of appointment » practice Monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress » Excellent communication expertise - written and verbal » practice Leading and managing a team » capability to work flexibly and adapt readily to changing circumstances » expertise of apprenticeship funding methodologies and funding rule requirements At UCEM we expect employees to demonstrate our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence and Support.
