We have a great opportunity located in Northampton - Vernon Terrace for a Prince's Trust Development Worker to become a key member of our Community Learning department.
As a Prince's Trust Development Worker, you will play a pivotal function in the success of our students through:
   » Assisting with the recruitment and retention of Prince's Trust Team members
   » Identifying and supporting those with basic expertise needs
   » Assisting with work placement activity subsequent to completion of main programme.
Our ideal candidates will have demonstrable expertise of Equality and Diversity and practice of work placement opportunities and requirements, alongside the following qualifications:
   » English at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent)
   » availability to achieve maths (if not already achieved) at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent)
