We're looking for a passionate professional with practice in monitoring learner progress and engaging students to help them achieve success!
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is a long-standing and leading provider of supported online education. Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us. UCEM passed its first ever inspection by Ofsted with flying colours after earning an overall rating of ?Good' in November 2021.
Our busy Apprenticeships team are looking for a new addition to aid them in supporting our apprenticeship students to reach their full potential! Within this function you will play a key part of apprentice's programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring and review activity , supporting students and employers within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating students but also engaging both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision which meets their needs and requirements.
Key qualities we're looking for include:
   » Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional practice
   » Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) - we will require evidence of this for Ofsted
   » practice monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress
   » practice identifying and setting SMART targets
   » Excellent communicator and relationship builder
   » Strong planning and organisational expertise
   » Minimum intermediate level IT
   » expertise of safeguarding and Prevent duty requirements
