Job Opportunity: Business Liaison and Work Placement Coordinator:Job description:Job location: Gateshead 37 hours per week We are seeking for someone to join our outstanding SEND provision, someone who shares our ambitious and innovative ideas for getting our young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND including Autism) into employment through a range of varying activities. Year on year we secure high quality employment results forour young people through engaging a wide variety of businesses and employers and working with them to train their staff teams, instil our values of inclusion and fairness and work with learners and employers to find work placements that are well supported and of the highest quality. We'd like you to have practice in all or some of the following: - Liaising and negotiating with businesses/employers in a professional setting. - practice of working with young people with SEND and Autism - Be an excellent communicator and have some customer service practice.
